Expertise Platform Clinical Network About
Platform · Early access

Clinical reasoning your product can call.

The reasoning engine behind the systems we build — exposed as an API and SDK so digital-health teams can embed cited, evidence-based clinical answers instead of building the whole stack from scratch. FHIR-native. Patient-data aware. Proven with physicians in live practice.

What you get

Send a clinical question and context. Get an answer you can defend.

Every response is assembled from evidence and, where you provide it, the patient's own FHIR data — and returns with its citations attached.

Cited

Answers with receipts

Responses are sourced from clinical guidelines and evidence, and every answer carries its citations — so your users can verify, and your team can audit.

FHIR-native

Patient-data aware

Pass patient context as FHIR resources and the engine reasons over the actual record plus the evidence — not literature alone. This is the hard, defensible part.

Validated

Proven in live practice

The same engine runs in live clinical use today. Validation evidence — accuracy, citation fidelity, physician review — comes with the platform.

Ways to consume it

Three altitudes, depending on your team.

From fully managed to fully embedded — start where your engineering capacity is, move deeper as you grow.

TierBest forWhat you get
Managed pipeline Teams without ML depth who need clinical answers in their product fast We stand up and maintain the clinical knowledge base and retrieval for your domain; your product queries it. You focus on your product, we own the clinical layer.
API Builders with an engineering team Send a clinical query plus optional FHIR patient context; receive a cited, evidence-based answer. Usage-based pricing with a monthly platform minimum.
SDK / embedded Product teams who want components, not plumbing Drop-in components — cited-answer widgets, documentation assistants — that bring clinical reasoning into your UI with minimal build.
Where we are

The platform is in early access, and we're deliberate about what that means.

We're onboarding a small number of design partners — teams who want to shape the API against real use cases and get preferential terms for it. Security and compliance posture (SOC 2, business-associate terms) is being built in the open with those partners; if your use case carries PHI, we'll tell you honestly what's ready and what isn't. If you need a partner who says yes to everything, that's not us.

Stop rebuilding clinical reasoning. Embed it.

Tell us what you're building and we'll show you what the engine can do against your actual use case.
